Small Classy Bars - Vancouver,WA?

Hi I'm looking for a nice small, not too well known but very up kept classy bar somewhere in Vancouver WA. I like to consider somewhat classy and the bars all my friends like to go to are just full of loud drunks and horrible bar keeps. I've asked for certain drinks that the bartenders don't even know because they almost always are serving just beer to trailer trash in the surrounding area. I don't want to or enjoy going to bars just to get drunk, I want to be able to sit quietly and drink something and talk with the bartender or maybe a friend. Thanks!
