I would like to attend a bartender school in London, but i'm not quite sure about it...?

Waste of money. All you need to do is get a job in a pub and learn on the job. Most people here who want to be a Food & Beverage manager go to college and learn from the bottom up. Going to one of these schools and paying large amounts of money will not get you a job.
