Htc diamond is it broken?

Hello my Htc diamond is broken and I got it 3 weeks ago and it's on cuz it makes sounds and vibrates but you can't see anything does anyone Noe what to do and it's not connection cuz everyone elses fone works except mine what do I DO? Help?
