Can you help me figure out what song this is?

It starts out pretty fast and kind of has a rock feel and settles into a slower pop feel about a girl who I can remember something about a girl who was a bartender in Kansas or something. It was pretty popular, and the album cover was red with a redhead girl on it with lots of hearts, cant remember the band name... Sorry if this isnt too much info, but if you have any sort of idea, please put it down..
