I think I may have some form of a social anxiety disorder - what do I do?

I'd definitely go see someone, you've been through a lot. Try to find someone that specializes in that area. Group therapy works well too. I'm sure there are plenty of resources online too, and that will make you feel better knowing others are going through the same. Medication helps out a lot of people too, if you want to go that route. Good luck and hang in there, things will get better if you work at it. I posted a link to a website that looks pretty good, it also has forums that are pretty active.
